| Bioactivity |
The biological activity was determined by measuring the dose dependent phosphorylation of ERK1 and ERK2 in CCR3 transfected 293 cells. Significant ERK phosphorylation is observed with >100 ng/ml of recombinant mouse eotaxin. |
