Eotaxin-2 (Human) OmniKine ELISA Kit is produced by Assay Biotech Company. It's also identified by the synonym '' Eosinophil chemotactic protein 2 or C-C motif chemokine 24 '', it's a Liquid who targets the Human Eotaxin-2 and that able to recognize, detecte and quantificate the endogenous levels of both recombinant and naturally produced Human Eotaxin-2 proteins, within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma. It's employed as a chemotactic factor for resting T-lymphocytes, and eosinophils. It's hasn't any chemotactic activity for monocytes and activated lymphocytes, however it's has a lower activity for neutrophils. It's has a colorimetric 450 nm as a detection method, within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml. |
